Crepes are a French specialty enjoyed worldwide. Easy to prepare, they can be filled in many ways, sweet or savory. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or even a light dinner.

Préparation
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
- Mix while gradually adding the milk to avoid lumps.
- Add the melted butter and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a crepe pan and lightly grease it.
- Pour a ladle of batter and cook each crepe for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve with your choice of toppings (sugar, jam, chocolate, etc.).
