  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
  3. Mix while gradually adding the milk to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the melted butter and mix until the batter is smooth.
  5. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Heat a crepe pan and lightly grease it.
  7. Pour a ladle of batter and cook each crepe for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden.
  8. Serve with your choice of toppings (sugar, jam, chocolate, etc.).
